As a Health Outreach Bus Outreach Professional with our Health Outreach Program, you will build rapport with and provide services to Health Outreach Bus visitors in neighborhoods across Chicago. A valid driver's license, evidence of insurability and possession of or willingness to obtain a CDL Class B driver's license within six months of employment required.
